性能、特點(diǎn)：

○涂板機(jī)板柵采用機(jī)械自動(dòng)送給，設(shè)有手動(dòng)板柵寬度調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)。設(shè)有無(wú)板柵或重疊板柵狀態(tài)時(shí)自動(dòng)斷開(kāi)裝置。

○涂膏斗有獨(dú)立的調(diào)速馬達(dá)，膏斗出口處采用反向運(yùn)動(dòng)鋼輥，精確控制涂膏量。

○膏斗設(shè)有可傾離開(kāi)機(jī)構(gòu)，便于操作者清理和排除涂板故障。

○采用水平帶式連續(xù)涂填鉛膏運(yùn)動(dòng);傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)采用無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速;氣缸調(diào)整傳送帶漲緊力，維修換帶方便。

○設(shè)有可調(diào)整壓力的橡膠輥筒，完成涂板后的壓板和表面壓酸要求。

○板柵間多余的鉛膏，有專門回收裝置。

○設(shè)備啟、停控制按扭在機(jī)臺(tái)上板處安裝，并按防酸、水技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置。

Performance & Features

○ The pasting machine is supplied with auto-feeding device, the pasting width can be adjusted by hand, the machine can be stopped if there is no grid or overlapping.

○ There is a independent motor for the past hopper, the supply rollers is run in opposite direction to accurately control the past weight.

○ The hopper can be left in tilt to facilitate the operator to observe and maintain fault.

○ The machine uses the continuous pasting belt with transmission and tension system, it is easy to maintain and exchange.

○ The pressure of rubber roller is adjustable to press the plates with acid.

○ The past on the conveyor belt is removed and stored by special facilities..

○ The ON/OFF buttons are installed in accordance with acid proof and water proof standards.
